The question is ... typical excuses that I use to do, and this isn´t about make a thing due to other one, but I think one thing goes first. When I started to study English I did because I wanted to learn the language, but the business was I wanted to study in the city of Concepción. When I changed my jobs a couple of years ago, Talca first and then Los Angeles, of course I cared about my new place of work but I cared more about the city where I wanted to work. Indeed, I wanted to study a post-grad, but it was more important to do that in other country. If I want to continue my studies, Brisbane is such a incredible centre for my area, but I prefer a thousand times stay here in Melbourne.
Yu-U, Japanese restaurant in Flinders Ln. I had to book two weeks in advance. So far, the coolest restaurant that I’ve tried in Melbourne. Wagyu rolls and vegetables, awesome. Dessert, a kind of Japanese-style creme brulee.
Caffé e Biscotti, restaurant in Lt. Collins st. Such a very cosy place. Outside, good music, a mix of latin- jazz and flamenco. Definitively, the best thing was the paper tablecloths where you can draw.
The question is ... my intention wasn´t to write about a proper Restaurant Review, in fact my [she]friend is doing that quite well (http://angelkhong.com/miscellaneous/my-reviews.html), it is just an excuse to write after a year. Actually, I think SOMETIMES the place is more important than what you are going to do there. The reasons? Ufff... a lot. I´ve made many decisions paying attention to the place rather than what I´m going to do there. Study English? Yes ... but in Concepción. New job? Yes ... but in Los Angeles. A post-graduate? Yes ... But in other country. Go out to have dinner with my [she]friend? I don´t mind the restaurant...
